2 cups milk 1 cup shredded sharp American cheese (4 ounces) 4 beaten eggs 3 cups herb-seasoned stuffing croutons 1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
In a saucepan heat & stir together milk & cheese till blended, remove from heat. In a mixing bowl gradually stir hot mixture into eggs. Add stuffing croutons, broccoli, & 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix well. Turn mixture into a greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 325° for 45 minutes. Garnish with more parsley if desired. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!
