1½ lbs. fresh broccoli or 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup fresh orange juice
Wash fresh broccoli and cook in a little salted water until tender-crisp. (Cook frozen broccoli as directed on package and drain.) Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan. Blend in flour and cook a little. Add orange juice and salt. Cook, stirring until thick and smooth. Drain broccoli and top with orange sauce. makes 4 to 5 servings. A sneaky way to get children and adults to enjoy broccoli. A sure success!
