1 head cabbage 1/2 c butter or margarine 1/2 c flour 2 c milk processed cheese (like Velveeta)
I chop up a head of cabbage into 1" pieces. Par boil for 10 minutes. Make a white sauce with butter or margarine and flour. After the flour and butter are mixed in the saucepan on low heat stir in milk. After it thickens, cube cheese and stir over low heat until it melts and is blended in. Mix cabbage (drained) and the sauce. Pour into a greased baking dish, top with crushed potato chips and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
