8 c shredded cabbage 3 oz cream cheese - softened 2 T cream 1 t celery seed 1 t salt pepper - to taste
Steam cabbage until crisp tender. You can do this in the microwave or in a saucepan on top of the stove in a small amount of water. Drain. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, cream, and seasonings and stir until smooth. Stir cheese mixture into hot cabbage. Makes 4 servings.
