Nutmeg Mushrooms 1 pound fresh mushrooms 3/4 cup white wine 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon salt 1 Clean and slice mushrooms. 2 Combine all ingredients in a skillet and cook over medium heat until the wine comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until mushrooms are tender. Remove from heat and serve while hot. Makes 4 servings
