Oven Roasted Corn
4 ears fresh corn on the cob 1/2 cup hot water 2 teaspoons butter 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
Steps 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.<br>2. Remove husks and wash corn. 3. Place corn in microwave/oven-safe baking dish. Pour hot water over corn. Microwave for 7 minutes. 4. Spread butter evenly over corn. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Add liquid smoke to water. 5. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
