8 lg. baking potatoes 8 oz sour cream 3 oz cream ssscheese 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/4 cup milk 2 clv. garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. dried dillweed salt and pepper 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Boil potatoes until tender. Beat potatoes along with sour ceam, cream cheese, butter, milk, garlic, dillweed and salt and pepper. Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle with parmasan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
