1 1/2 cups (2 med) coarsely grated zucchini 1 1/2 cups (2 med) coarsely grated carrots 2 egg,wellbeaten 1 3/4 tbsp. milk 2 tsp. flour 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 3/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned pepper 3/4 tsp. lawry's Garlic salt vegetable cooking spray
Place zucchini and carrots on paper towels,lrt drain 5 minutes. In large bowl, combine eggs,milk,flour, cheese,pepper, garlic salt. Stir in zucchini and carrots. In lightly greased non-stick skillet, spoon batter 1 tbsp. at a time. Cook 1 minute on each side or until golden . serve warm. makes 6 servings
