Melt: 1 stick of butter or margarine in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
Mix in: 1 can of cream style corn 1 can whole kernal corn (including the juice) 1-8 oz carton of sour cream 1 box jiffy corn bread mix *optional: 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
