April's Yogurt-Chive Topper for Baked Potatoes I have made this for three years it is very good. Makes 1 & 1/4 c. Less then 10 calories per Tablespoon Note: 1 Med baked Potato 5.5 oz with peel contains about 105 calories. 1 container (8 oz.) Plain yogurt 1 hard-cooked egg, shelled 1 Tbs. Fresh lemon or lime juice 1/4 c. dried or ½ cup fresh chives 1 bunch fresh parsley, washed, cleaned, drained and minced 1 tsp. Original Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. Celery salt 1 tsp. Dry mustard or 1 Tbs. Prepared yellow mustard Mash all ingredients together; mix well or blend in blender until smooth. Cover and chill until ready to use. ;D P.S. Just wanted to add this is also good on pasta. ;D
