Yield: 6 servings
4 md unpeeled potatoes; sliced 2 md onions; sliced 1 tb chives; chopped 1/3 c milk 1 c american cheese; shredded 1/2 ts salt
Heat grill. Place potatoes and onions on 18 inch square of heavy duty foil. Top with chives, milk and cheese; sprinkle with salt. Toss gently. Wrap packet securely with double fold seal. When ready to barbecue, place packet, seam side up, on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal gril 4 to 5 inches from medium coals. Cook 30 to 40 minues or until potatoes are tender, turning packets several times during cooking. OVEN DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare recipes as directed. Place packet on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
