Servings: 6 servings. 1 medium cabbage -- coarsely shredded 1 can cream of celery soup -- (10 3/4 oz.) undiluted 1/4 cup milk 1 cup shredded process American cheese -- (4 oz.) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup fine -- dry breadcrumbs 2 tablespoon butter -- melted
1. Cook cabbage in boiling water 5 to 7 minutes or until tender; drain well.
2. Place cabbage in a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
3. Combine soup, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper; mix well. Pour over cabbage.
4. Combine breadcrumbs and butter, stirring well; sprinkle over cabbage.
5. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Serve.
