2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1 can French onion soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 small onion, diced 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded cheese
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender.
