12 large potatoes, peeled, quartered and boiled 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. Sour cream 1 tsp. onion powder
Mash the potatoes with cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder in a 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle on ¼ cup melted margarine. Sprinkle on some paprika. Cover pan and refrigerate. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
