Tomato Sour Cream Gravy
1 - 28 oz can stewed tomatoes 1/2 cup sour cream 3 TBS flour 1 tsp sugar or more to taste 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
Cook tomatoes over medium high heat, uncovered for about 10 minutes until liquid is reduced. whisk together remaining ingredients. Add enough hot tomatoes to make 1 cup. Mix well. Stir back into hot tomatoes and cook til mixture thickens. Serves 6 to 8.
