1 can Del Monte cream style corn 1 cup milk 1 well beaten egg 1 cup cracker crumbs 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste 1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs
Heat corn and milk, gradually stir in egg. Add one cup cracker crumbs salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into a greased medium size casserole dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
