POTATOES DELUXE
2 lbs. frozen hash browns ½ c. chopped onions 10¾ oz can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. cheddar cheese , grated ½ c. butter or margarine. melted 1 c. cornflakes, crushed 2 tbps. butter or margarine
Mix hash browns, onions, chicken soup, sour cream, and margarine . Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover with the topping: Mix cornflakes and butter or margarine together. Spread on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
