Fried Corn 6 ears fresh corn 1/2 c. whole milk 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. sugar 2 Tblsp. bacon drippings salt, pepper, and Creole seasoning to taste Remove husk from your corn and break off stems. Wash corn and then remove kernels from the cob. Stir together the corn kernels, milk, water, and sugar. Heat drippings in large skillet; add the corn mixture. Add seasonings to taste.
