Orange Peas Amandine
Prep: 10 Min
1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons orange marmalade 1 (15-oz.) can LeSueur® Very Young Small Early Peas or Green Giant® Sweet Peas, drained 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted*
1. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add orange marmalade; stir until blended.
2. Gently stir in peas and almonds; cook until thoroughly heated.
Makes 4 servings
Tip: * To toast almonds, heat oven to 350°F. Spread in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F. for 5 to 7 minutes or until light golden brown.
