~Beer Cheese Dip~
1 pkg. smoked sausage or thingytail franks cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
1lb. processed cheese spread cubed
1/4C beer
in saucepan combine cheese spread (cubed) and the 1/4C beer. Heat on low until cheese melts, add sausages or thingytail franks stir constantly until smooth.
Pour into crockpot and keep on low setting for as long as you can while people enjoy this dip with some Tostito scoops or as a topping over an egg noodle as a small entree.
I am trying this for Superbowl weekend. I have alot of people coming and want to have some different foods this year rather than the usual!
