Low Carb Lamb Parmesan 4 servings
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 4 oz Olive oil 2 cloves Garlic, minced 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Thyme 1 tsp Salt, to taste 1 tsp Ground Pepper, to taste

Mix all the ingredients together to make marinade. Set the lamb in the mixture. Toss a bit to cover.

Let set for min 1 hour at room temp.

Grill for approx 20 min. Depends on grill or oven. Cook until internal temp is 170.
