Years ago I used to make "Killer Hot Chocolate" in batches and give it away at Christmas. I cant seem to find the recipe, but I think it had Quick Chocolate Drink Mix, Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk, Coffeemate, and Powdered Sugar listed as ingredients. I believe you used 4 Tblsp. of mix per cup. If anyone has this recipe I would love to have it again. Thanks in advance, and thanks for this TERRIFIC newsletter! I always look forward to it. She has the right ingredients!
8qt. box of dry milk lg. box Nestle's quik (or hot chocolate mix) Sm container (16-20 oz) or so of dry coffee creamer 1 lb. box of confectioners sugar
We put 1/3 cup to a standard 12 oz. coffee cup! This stuff is terrific and we used to keep it on hand for drinking after having been out sliding in the snow all day!
