I just wanted to thank everyone who replied about cooking for someone with gerd, hiatal hernia and ulcers.
I have kept all the ideas and also passed them on to my daughter and son-in-law.
Plus I want to wish everyone Happy Holidays especially Nancy and her kitty for all the work she puts into this site for us.
