I've been wishing I knew someone to ask this, and then thought of the Nancy's gang!! Does anyone know how to keep cookies sheets from getting discolored and sticky? Low fat and non fat recipes tell you to use Pam on the cookie sheets, but it ruins them. And with nonstick sheets, you can't use Brillo on them. Any ideas on how to keep cookie sheets looking new while using those cooking sprays?? Thanks so much, Love the newsletter! Mari
I use wax paper on my cookie sheets and I use a very little bit of butter-flavored Pam and cookies sheets have been looking new for about 5 years. Lorraine/Millington, Tn
