Nancy For all your readers that bake cookies may I suggest using Parchment Paper. You can bake at least 2 to 3 batches on the same paper with no sticking or spraying.
Happy Baking and Merry Christmas one and all.

For Mari who was asking how to keep cookie sheets looking new. Use parchment paper. You don't have to use any type of grease on it and the cookies will not stick. It's great. Marge in CA

This is for Mari; I use parchment paper. Reynolds provides a good one, and can be found in most supermarkets. Hope this helps. Val

In Response to Mari's question about brown, sticky cookie sheets - when baking anything but cookies I always cover my cookie sheets with aluminum foil and then I use Pam on the foil and clean up is a snap and my cookie sheets are nice and shiny for my cookies. Karen

Hi Mari,
I use the new Release foil on my old cookie sheets, actually they are the ones that have a raised lip all the way around. That way you don't need to use any spray! However, I recently received 2 good quality actual cookie sheets and they work perfectly! They are heavy and are air cushioned. Makes a big difference! They clean up so nice, too.
