"I love this taco soup recipe, especially with the Morningstar Crumbles. I used Rotel also.
Very filling and low points what a winning combination!" -Lisa
"I knew my husband would not eat this soup. Too healthy. If he saw the beans, and the vegetable crumbles, this would be a meal for me only.
So, I made the soup and pureed it before he came home from work. "Smells good. What is it?" he asked. "Oh, Taco Soup." He liked it! Keep this recipe.
Later I told him that he would not want to know what was in the soup. Thanks for such a great recipe."
"I made a few adjustments. I use 1 can stewed tomatoes, and one can Rotel tomatoes, and only 1 can bean. My family also loved it." -Kelly
"I love this taco soup recipe and have eaten several times before I saw it on your recipe page.
I am sooooooo thrilled to see it's only 3 points with hamburger meat...YEAH!!" -Michelle
"We just tried this and really liked it. I used one can of Rotel tomatoes, and one can of stewed tomatoes.
Other than that, I followed the recipe verbatim (using the Morningstar Crumbles which I've never tried before).
My husband, who is not a Weighthingycher, loved it too! It'll be added to our list of favorites.
I bet it would be good with some macaroni in it - but then the points would go up too." -Debbie W
