I truly love your newsletter! Keep up the good work! Can anyone tell me a good source for dehydrated egg whites or dried egg whites? I have a recipe I want to try but it calls for dehydrated egg whites. I've seen "Scramletts" in the grocery store but they aren't actually white in color. This frosting needs to be pure white. If you order them by mail, some require a minimum order of $20 or the cost to ship is exorbitant. Any help will be appreciated.
