Does anyone ouy there have a recipe to make a white cream sauce you would put on say carrots or broccili ,, thanks terry in leamington

This is for Terry
White Cream Sauce
5 Tble. margarine 5 Tble. flour dash of salt & pepper 2 cups milk
l. Melt 5 tble. margarine in saucepan, stir in 5 tble. of flour until blended. 2. Take off heat and stir in the 2 cups of milk. Put back on heat and continue stirring constantly until thickened. Yield: 2 cups
Note: If you only want to make 1 cup of white sauce reduce margarine to 3 tble., flour to 3 tble. and use only 1 cup of milk.
