Spicy Monterey Jack Cheese Logs
1 (10-ounce) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 (8-ounce) block Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions: Stir together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Divide cheese mixture into 2 equal portions; shape each portion into an 8-inch log. Combine walnuts and parsley. Roll cheese logs evenly in walnut mixture; cover and chill 8 hours.
