Mexican Caviar
2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans chopped ripe olives * 2 (4 oz.) cans choped green chilies 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped 3 green onions, chopped 2 garlic cloves, mashed 3 tsp. olive oil 2 tsp. red wine vinegar 1 tsp. black pepper 1 dash seasoning salt tortilla chips
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for an hour. Serve with tortilla chips of your choice.
*You may use sliced black olives instead.
