SAUSAGE BALLS
1 pound hot sausage - at room temperature 10 ounces extra-sharp cheese -- grated
3 cups Bisquick mix
Mix Bisquick and grated cheese; add sausage. Blend well. Shape into small balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. Store in a plastic bag in the freezer. Place frozen balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Serve hot. Makes about 4 dozen.
NOTE: These taste good dipped in a hot cheese mixture. A little fondue pot can help keep the dip just the right temperature.
