SHRIMP BALL
8 ounces cream cheese - softened 1 small can shrimp - rinsed, drained, and shredded 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese or Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon parsley flakes 1/2 teaspoon onion salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 2 tablespoons catsup *Chopped walnuts
Directions: Mix all ingredients thoroughly (a food processor is helpful). Form into a ball. Roll ball in chopped walnuts. Chill 24 hours before serving. This appetizer freezes well.
