6 hard-cooked eggs 1/4 cup Wish-Bone Thousand Island Dressing 1 tablespoon chopped chives Salt and pepper to taste Caviar, anchovy strips or chopped salted almonds
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. In small bowl, mash yolks with Thousand Island dressing. Add chives, salt and pepper.
Press egg mixture through a pastry tube into whites. Top each filled egg with 1/4 teaspoon caviar, an anchovy strip or salted almonds. Makes 12 appetizers.
