I keep getting asked for this recipe when I take it anywhere. It is yummy!!!!! Mexican Caviar 2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans chopped or sliced ripe olives 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped 3 green onions, chopped 2 garlic cloves, mashed 3 tsp. olive oil 2 tsp. red wine vinegar 1 tsp. pepper 1 dash seasoning salt tortilla chips Combine all ingredients, except chips, well. Serve with tortilla chips of your choice.
