TEXAS CAVIAR
1-16 oz can pinto beans-drained 1-16 oz can black eyed peas-drained 1-16 oz can white corn-drained
1 small green pepper chopped 1 small jalapeno pepper-chopped 2 stalks of celery-chopped 1 cup red onion-chopped
In saucepan, bring to boil and cool 1/2 cup oil (veg., corn etc.) not olive 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp each salt & pepper
Combine with above. Serve with scoop fritos.
