1 can (8oz) crushed unsweetened pineapple, undrained 3/4 cup skim milk 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream 1/2 cup (4oz) instant coconut cream pudding mix Fresh pineapple, grapes, and strawberries, or other fruit.
In blender, combine the first 4 ingredients; cover and process for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve with fruit . Store in the refrigerator. Yield 2 cups.
