Mix Together:
1 - 15 oz. (appx.) can salmon, drained and flaked 1 bunch green onions, cleaned, trimmed and sliced 1 - 12 oz. container cream cheese 1-2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed 1-2 jalapenos, seeded and minced ΒΌ - 2 tsp. smoke flavoring
If using a lite cream cheese, the dip will be of spreadable consistency. If using regular cream cheese, thin to desired consistency with a little mayo, lemon or lime juice. Chill before serving. Great with crackers or spread on bread.
