Traditional Mexican Shrimp thingytail
1 large can V-8 (spicy if you want the kick) 2 avocados, chopped 2 cucumbers, seeded and chopped 1 med red onion, chopped 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped 1 lb large shrimp, peeled, De-veined and steamed Limes Tabasco
Mix all ingredients into a large container, preferably non-metal. Serve with quartered limes and Tabasco. My husband loves his with Ritz crackers.
Tip: Be careful when steaming the shrimp; you do not want it tough.
