1 cup Roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained 1 packet/1 oz. Original Ranch seasoning & salad dressing mix 1 package/8 oz. Cream cheese, softened Baguette slices and sliced ripe olives (optional)
Blot dry red peppers. In food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine peppers, seasoning & salad dressing mix and cream cheese; process until smooth. Spread on baguette slices and garnish with olives, if desired.
Makes 2 cups.
