2 lb. velveeta; cubed 2 oz cream cheese; cubed 1 LARGE tomato; finely diced 1 LARGE onion; finely diced 1 can diced green chiles 2 cloves garlic; minced canned jalepeno to taste; minced (I use 1 whole) dried or fresh cilantro to taste
Combine everything except cheeses in large microware bowl with lid. Cook covered in microwave 3 minutes. Add cheeses. Heat in microwave with power no more than 50% (I use 30%) in one minute increments, stirring after each minute until cheeses melt. Serve with warmed tortilla chips, on enchiladas.............
