Make the sauce first and set in the refrig.
1/4 to 1/2 c mayonnaise
a few drops of Tuong ot Sriracha
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce about 1/4 c (to taste)
******************************************** Peel and devein 1 pound of shrimp. Coat in dry cornstarch, deep fat fry until lightly brown, don't overcook. Drain on paper towels. Put the shrimp in a bowl, put on the sauce and mix. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl, topped with chopped green onions.
