Aunt Cathy's Party Cheeseball
2 - 8 oz. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
1 - 8 oz. Wedge Cracker Barrel brand Sharp Natural cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. Chopped pimento (optional)
1 tbsp. Chopped green pepper (optional)
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion (optional)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne
dash of salt
finely chopped pecans (or walnuts)
Combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheese, mJaylene in Canadaixing until well blended. Add pimento, green peppers, onion, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Mix well and chill.
Shape into a ball and roll in pecans.
Serve with crackers and bread
Party Cheese Ball = 47 calories per tablespoons!
I really like to use Sociables Crackers or the Mini Bretons. It's really easy to make and really really good!
