6 hard-cooked eggs 3/4 cup cottage cheese 1 teaspoon chopped chives 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons salad dressing 1/2 teaspoon vinegar Crisp salad greens
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and press through sieve. Reserve 2 tablespoons of sieved egg yolks. Combine cottage cheese, chives, parsley, salt, salad dressing, and vinegar with sieved yolks; mix lightly. Refill egg whites with the cheese mixture. Arrange on crisp salad greens, and garnish top of each egg half with remaining sieved egg yolks. Chill before serving.
