Linda Rhoden's Pumpkin Tip.
I cut a pumpkin in half, place on baking sheet with cut side down. Bake 350-375 degrees until pumpkin is tender. Time will depend on size Remove from oven, cool,peel off skin. Cut in chunks and mash or puree. Make recipes. While pumpkins are plentiful, you can prepare some to freeze. from This 'n That
