Hello and welcome!
Before I can help you I need to know what you are asking about specifically. If you mean, how do you ask questions or find out certain things, just do what you just did on any section of this board if that section is where you want to find out something. One of us will try to help you.
Looking forward to your posts,
Chris in NM

Good morning! No, this forum is free! However, if you wish to join WW you need to check that out where you live or on their web site. Several of our members can calculate ww points for various recipes if you check this section out. If you sign up for Nancy's newsletter (also free) she includes low fat, etc. recipes. www.nancys-kitchen.com/recipes-may-2008/may02-2008.htmThere is a calorie counter (free) at the top left of the above newsletter. Just click on it! Take care and enjoy! Chris

Hello, my husband needs to lose about 60 to have a double lung transplant. I think we eat very well. He has idiopathic lung disease, which means they do not know what caused it? ? He also has pulmonary hypertension bec of the lung disease. He is a NON smoker, go figure? I think what the problem is could be portion size? We do not have time to go to WW. He is oxygen machine mostly at night. He can get around in daytime but slowly without his oxygen. Because of being on oxygen and also the steroid prednisone, he cannot exercise to loose weight. Any helpful recipes would be greatly appreciated. He has gone to Dietician and she said no whole milk, which he rarely drinks and other thing which mostly did not apply to our diet? Any help would be appreciated, Maryann
