I have tried on two separate occasions to post a recipe for Mint and Cumin Water to the newsletter and on each occasion the emails have sent themselves mid email. I have checked all settings in case an auto link had been inadvertently set - so I am giving up and posting it here. Good morning Nancy and all, it is another dreich week-end. For Betty in Fl planning to buy a flat top range, I did one quick google didn't mention the cleaning of, but I think you might want to read the tip sent in by a Nancylander at www.nancyskitchen.com/2008-may-recipes/recipe-may5-2008.html. I'm still searching for Mint recipes - I found this in a newspaper supplement it was sent in by Jane Clarke: Mint and Cumin Water (serves 2) 40g fresh mint Juice of 2 limes 1/2 tsp ground cumin a pinch of salt 1-1/2 tsp sugar Crushed ice Well chilled sparkling water Extra mint leaves and lime slices to garnish Put the mint, stalks and all, into a blender with the lime juice and blitz to a puree. Press the puree through a sieve into a bowl and discard the debris. Add the cumin, salt and sugar, adjust the quantities to your taste. Fill a couple of tall glasses with crushed ice, pour over the minty liquid and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with sprigs of mint and slices of lime and enjoy. Sylvia446

Hi Sylvia,
This has to be your computer. Did you hit maybe a wrong button? When typing a message to the newsletter I am always - at least I try to - keep a close eye on which button I hit. You might also want to check with your ISP - Internet Service Provider. Good luck!

Good morning Chris
I don't think I touched a wrong key and if I did strange to do it twice. Maybe as I am having to rest my left hand due to this Carpal tunnel thingy.
I have added all new updates and did a scan and it did find a few little items needing attention and gave it a truly good spring clean. So hopefully it won't happen again.
I just hope someone doesn't try to make the mint drink from today's partially printed recipe in the newsletter they'll be in for a shock.
Thanks for your help, keep up the great work and take care.
