Pop a square of bread in your sugar storage jar. This draws any moisture from the sugar - replace as required.

Hi Sue,
You don't have to use a whole slice of bread, a piece the size of a crouton will do.

This is a good idea, I can't believe I didn't think about this sooner, it's kind of obvious that the breads sponge like structure would absorb the moisture hehe...thanks for the tip!

I've used the whole slice of bread for some time now. It does help! When the bread becomes hard as a brick, the sugar will start, too, so just switch out the bread slices!
