Serves 8 Adults
3 Smoked Mackerel 2 tbs ready made Horseradish Sauce 1 8oz carton cream cheese Ground black pepper Cream to taste (approx 2 tbs) Fresh parsley
Remove the skin from the fish. Put the first 4 ingredients together in a food processor and mix, add cream gradually until the pate stage is reached.
Press mixture into a pate dish chill for 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with toast.
