This drink makes for an excellent perk up (forget the coffee) in the morning.
1 Apple, peeled, cored and cut into wedges 4 Carrots, peeled and cut into small wedges Small piece of fresh ginger, peeled (about 1/4") depends on taste 2 tbsp low fat yoghurt
Whiz the carrots, apple and ginger in a blender, then whip the yoghurt in and drink chilled
