Hi Sue,
What do you use this sauce on. I've never been in a Japanese restaurant and I'm not sure whether this sauce is limited to steak?
I have an excess of Hellman's Mayonnaise - BOGOF (buy one get one free) approximately 4 and a 1/2 jars. I've already made one large batch of Maddie's biscuits.

Hi Sue,
That's good news! Ron likes steak, but I can take it or leave it, so we have rib eye steak very occasionally.
I'll go ahead and rustle up some steakhouse white sauce.
